29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard (e.g., by sliding or collapsing): a) Jobsite, yard area near exterior wall on northeast side of building, 2000 Gregg Station Road, Oakdale, PA 15071: On or about November 30, 2018, forty eight inch pipes were stored in close proximity to the building. The limited space between the pipes and the building prevented employees from using forklifts to remove pallet rings from the bell end of the pipes. Employees removing and transporting the pallet rings without the use of forklifts were exposed to crushed-by hazards.
