29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: Front Entrance and Right Side of Structure - Workers had to climb over building materials scrap lumber, trash and debris that was thrown randomly throughout the area preventing a clear passage to the structure and work areas, on or about 1/3/19. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
