29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)[A], 29CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)[B], 29CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)[C], and 29CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)[D]: a.) On or about December 27, 2018, the employer's energy control procedures for the JSW J310EII (SN#298721101) plastic injection molder did not contain a verification step. b.) On or about December 27, 2018, the employer's energy control procedures for the Frigel Chiller (SN#1711171) did not contain a verification step and was mislabeled as a pull plug for power source when the power to the machine should have been isolated at any of the following locations to include the breaker box or main control panel.
