29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust: (a) In certain sections of the facility, asbestos-containing floor material was not maintained to protect the floor from being exposed to excessive damage. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175326, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5139 34th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
