29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 12/19/2018, at the planer mill equipment located at 5863 Washington Road, Appling, GA: Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, banding equipment line which had multiple energy sources including pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and gravity, etc., did not utilize the procedure for de-energizing all sources.
