29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): At this job site, the employer had not assured that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in fall hazards. (a) 910 Old Vicksburg Rd - On or about November 20, 2018 the employer had not adequately performed training on fall hazards, for employees that were required to wear personal fall arrest systems, prior the beginning work on the water tower while performing maintenance and repairs exposing employees to the hazards of falling.
