29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: On or about December 4, 2018, in the South Warehouse at the northern most aisle, the employer did not provided each employee with a safe means to exit the narrow aisle between the racking system when the powered industrial truck, Jungheinrich (model no. EKX516k, serial no. FN512006) was inoperable as it was engaged along the guide-line.
