29 CFR 1910.101(b): 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.4.4, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P11965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Compressed gas cylinder(s) not in use were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over: ABC Supply Co. Inc. - 8200 Fletcher Ave - Lincoln, NE - The employer is failing to ensure that propane cylinders are properly secured to prevent them from being knocked over in the following instances: A) Three propane cylinders were stored outside the propane storage cages in the back of the facility. B) One propane cylinder was stored outside the propane storage cages in the front of the facility. These hazards were last observed on or about January 24, 2019.
