29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i): Every point of operation guard did not meet the design, construction, application, and adjustment requirements of this section: a) Production Floor; On or about December 5, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were required to operate the #262 Farracute Full Revolution Mechanical Power Press which had a point of operation guard that did not prevent the entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation and did not comply with the maximum permissible openings of Table O-10.
