29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: a) On or about December 12, 2018 - 404 N. Main Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet when the employees were walking/working on a flat roof that did not have the structural integrity to support the employees.
