29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: On or about December 10, 2018, the employer did not ensure the structure, walking/ working surface could safely support an employee during roofing operations, allowing an employee to a fall 14.9 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
