29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a ladder/platform scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) On foyer above front door at 2170 Mitchell Road, Marietta, Lot 44 - On or about 12/06/2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11 feet and 10 inches (11' 10") in that the employees were not provided fall protection devices while on ladder/platform with 11' 10" height drywall finishing the foyer above front door and around the window.
