29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Basement, 508 East Valley Road, Loganton, PA - All walking-working surfaces in the basement work area and the ramp leading to the basement floor had an accumulation of water, rendered animal waste, and ice, exposing the employees to a slip, trip, and fall hazard, on or about December 4, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
