29 CFR 1926.452(c)(5)(i): Brackets used to support cantilevered loads were not seated with side-brackets parallel to the frames and end-brackets at 90 degrees to the frames: (a) On or about November 29, 2018 employees were working from planking placed on top of a side arm bracket, which was not parallel to the end frame, exposing them to a fall hazard of twenty-two (22) feet to the ground below.
