29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: (a) FABRICATION SHOP - Employees operated the Roper Whitney 1014KE2 Autobrake, and the employer did not ensure that the point of operation where the metal stock is formed was guarded from exposure, on or about November 26, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
