29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about 11/29/2018 an employer did not properly ensure that the work place was kept clean in that plastic dust, card board, wood and trash was allowed to accumulate up on the elevated walking working surface of Blender #1 exposing employees to a tripping hazard.
