29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a. 88 Claremont Rd., Bernardsville, NJ The employer did not ensure that the working level of a four tier tubular welded frame scaffold was fully planked. An employee engaged in masonry activities was working from a working level that had only two planks for landing materials. Violation observed on or about November 28, 2018
