OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards: (a) On or about 11/18/2018 - Didion Area, maintenance employees were not protected from struck-by and caught-between hazards when walking or working in the work area of a JLG articulating boom lift model E400AN when the lift's work area was not barricaded and the lift operator did not have a view of the area where the aerial lift's frame, turntable, and lower articulating pieces were located to ensure that the area was clear before moving the platform.
