29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: 1) Clifton Facility, Clifton, Texas On or about November 19, 2018, employees were exposed to caught-by hazards while operating moulding machine without point of operation guards preventing operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone.
