29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a) First level of the roof - On or about November 14, 2018 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to employees working directly above them handing tools and equipment. None of these employees were wearing hardhats.
