29 CFR 1926.754(e)(3)(i): Covers for roof and floor openings were not capable of supporting, without failure, twice the weight of the employees, equipment and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time. a) At 3479 W. Washington St, Orlando, FL, employees were exposed to fall from hazards while removing rake trims on roof and cutting tree branches that were impeding the progress. An employee fell through an unprotected skylight approximately 15 ft. high, while throwing the cut tree branches to the floor below, on or about November 5, 2018.
