29 CFR 1910. 151(c): Where the eyes and body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the spraying area of the manufacturing facility, employees using corrosive chemicals were not provided with an eye wash station within the spray area for immediate flushing of the eyes in an emergency exposing employees to eye and skin injuries.
