OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a drowning hazard: a) On or about November 5, 2018, al the lake adjacent to building 15217, employees operating riding lawnmowers on embankments with slopes ranging from 20 to 45 degrees, were exposed to crushed by and drowning hazards.
