29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about 10/26/2018, at the establishment - 47-47 Metropolitan Ave, Maspeth, NY An operator was driving a forklift out of a truck trailer that he was loading a pallet of beer on when the truck rolled away from the loading dock, causing the forklift to fall to the ground with the operator. Wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of the truck. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
