29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 10/29/2018, at the Traffic Barricade Type H (TBH) form equipment located outside of the facility at 220 Cargill Road Connector, Macon, GA: Employees walking and working on the fabricated metal platform connected to the TBH form equipment are exposed to fall hazard up to 5 feet 1 inch from the unprotected ends of the platform.
