29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about on 10/19/18, at the construction site located at St. Tropez Office Tower, 100 Sunny Isles Blvd. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, debris and material were not kept cleared from walking areas, where employees have to walk over wood, steal, pallets and other materials exposed to trip hazard.
