29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: The employer is failing to protect the workers from fall hazards on ladders. Employees observed carrying roofing materials via the ladder, at heights greater than or approximately 6 feet. This was most recently observed at or about 7250 N. 172nd Street Omaha, Nebraska. Employees were using a ladder that was determined to be a Werner Type IA 16 foot fiberglass extension ladder.
