29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. At the jobsite on or about October 19, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the store facility was not maintained in a safe and sanitary condition, such as but not limited to, the ceiling tiles, rainwater and mold, exposing employees to possible struck-by, slip and falls and health hazards. Fallas Paredes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1295973, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8500 Dryer Street # 45, El Paso, TX 79904.
