29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws: a) 203 Walker St., Lenox, MA: On or about October 17, 2018, an employee was using a portable DeWalt table saw to cut wood without any guard or hood on the saw blade. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
