29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed. On or about 10/16/2018, Standley Batch Systems, Inc. did not conduct periodic inspections on their authorized employees or their procedures for several machines to include, but not limited to a horizontal band saw, milling machine, ironworker, drill press and overhead crane.
