29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. a) Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Ave., NW - On or about October 2, 2018, the employer did not correctly classify on the company's OSHA 300 Injury and Illness log a work-related injury, in that, the employer designated an employee's work-related injury as an Other Recordable Case where the employee actually missed days away from work as a result of his injuries. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
