29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation. On or about October 15, 2018, employees engaged in plastering activities were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10-feet while working off a scaffold on which the scaffold's legs did not bear base plates. Rafael Beltran Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1333358, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1501 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936.
