29 CFR 1910.29(j): (j) Personal fall protection systems. Body belts, harnesses, and other components used in personal fall arrest systems, work positioning systems, and travel restraint systems did not meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.140. On or about 10/15/2018, in the warehouse production area at 1030 Raco Court, Lawrenceville, GA: Employees exposed to a fall hazard at or above four (4) feet from ground level, while standing on the platform of a standup high order picker powered industrial truck was provided a body belt as a personal fall arrest system.
