29 CFR 1926.25(a): Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls from the debris left in work area. All debris shall be kept clear from work areas and passageways in and around buildings and other structures: a) Scaffold in location of Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, 1001 East Broadway Street, Missoula, MT: On or about October 12, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip / trip hazards while working adjacent to and under the erected scaffold from debris.
