29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material were not available to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. On or about 10/09/2018, an employee at Briggs & Stratton Corporation was exposed to hazards such as those created by point of operation guarding. The employee did not have a special hand tool available to permit easy handling of material without placing his hand in the danger zone for an Okuma GENOS L400 Lathe.
