29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replace: (a) Chrome Department: On October 16, 2018 and times prior, Employees use a Lincoln Electric arc welder (model #AC-225-5) to spot weld. The electrode cable was damaged in several areas exposing the bare conductor.
