29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: a) Wood Shop Accumulations of wood dust were present on equipment such as, but not limited to, Duwalt table saw and horizontal surfaces such as electrical boxes and conduit. The dust was generated from cutting wood which was found to be explosive. Violation observed on or about 10/10/2018.
