29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each work area was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, dry condition. On or about October 10, 2018 at the freezer section of the warehouse employees were exposed to slip hazards as the floor going into the freezer had accumulated ice.
