29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Store - On or about 10/10/18 and at times prior thereto the emergency exit door in the back of the building was obstructed by stored merchandise and shop carts. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1195208, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 154 Sacandaga Rd, Schenectady, NY 12302. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158861, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Briarwood Drive, Jackson, MS 39206.
