29 CFR 1926.454(b)(1): The employer did not have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize the hazards associated with the work in question. a) Worksite, Nassau Coliseum - Employees assembling a Tait Stage Deck while standing on the second tier, did not ensure that the platforms were secured. Employees were exposed to falling approximately 10ft; on or about 10/9/18. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
