29 CFR 1910.1052(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that no employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of methylene chloride in excess of 125 parts per million as determined over a sampling period of 15 minutes: a) Spraying Area - An employee was exposed to Techno adhesive containing 70% methylene chloride at an exposure level of 346.3533 ppm, which was 2.771 times above the short term exposure level (STEL) of 125 ppm and was taken for 15 minutes, on or about November 20, 2018. b) Spraying Area - An employee was exposed to Techno adhesive containing 70% methylene chloride at an exposure level of 314.7997 ppm, which was 2.518 times above the short term exposure level (STEL) of 125 ppm and was taken for 17 minutes, on or about November 20, 2018.
