29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1): The employer did not ensure that each power industrial truck operator was competent to operate a power industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in paragraph (1): At the new Texas Ranger Stadium, Globe Life Field, Lower Concourse between Pour 15 & 16 construction areas, the employer had not assured that the forklift operator was competent to operate Caterpillar TL943D Telehandler, exposing employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards.
