29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Employers must ensure rigging equipment has permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. Location - Evergreen Ave. and South Rd. Bedford On or about October 1, 2018, employees were utilizing a rigging chain to lift pipe. The chain did not have an identification tag to indicate the recommended safe working load.
