29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On September 19, 2018 at Journegan Construction jobsite in Springfield, Missouri - Employer did not report a hospitalization as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours. An employee was injured in an incident that occurred on or about September 19, 2018 which involved a hospitalization; the incident was not reported by the employer and OSHA was not made aware until September 24, 2018.
