29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) CBIS Building The employer did not utilize energy control procedures for employees who perform inspection of conveyors used for the luggage handling system. On 09/24/18, an employee's hand was caught between two conveyor belts when the employee was conducting a manual inspection of the conveyor belt UT2-93 while the adjacent conveyor was running. Condition occurred on or about 09/24/18
