29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(iii): Engine shall be stopped, the power source disconnected, and all machine movement stopped before servicing, adjusting, cleaning, or unclogging equipment, except where the machine must be running to be properly serviced or maintained: On September 19, 2018, an employee was exposed to injury while operating the Almaco Combine, Model No. SPC20, Serial No. C18006, because the engine was not stopped, the power source disconnected and all movement stopped before attempting to adjust the door of the transfer auger.
