29 CFR 1910.119(c)(1): Employers did not develop a written plan of action regarding the implementation of the employee participation required by this paragraph: a) Loading Rack, 436 Doremus Avenue, Newark, NJ Employees monitor and operate a covered process which includes 272,000 lbs. of pentane, a flammable liquefied petroleum gas. The employer did not develop a written a plan of action for employee participation in process safety management for the covered process after the pentane injection points into the three gasoline products at the 10 and 12 inch headers through the loading rack. Violation occurred on or about 9/26/2018
