29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): On or about September 21, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that employees who working with fixed electrical equipment and circuits in an electrical room (Building L2-MCC West) applied lock out tag out to control the hazardous electrical energy prior to them working on the wiring in the same room. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
