29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: a) On or about September 10, 2018, at the worksite located at 2937 Palm Beach Drive, Weeki Wachee, FL, employees were allowed to work from a Baker scaffold without having been trained to recognize hazards associated with the work which exposed them to fall hazards.
