29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a. On or about September 18, 2018, at 10:00pm, in Freezer 1 door 2, there was build-up of ice on the freezer floor creating a potential slip hazard for powered industrial trucks and personnel. b. On or about June 20, 2018, at 7:30pm, there was a build-up of ice on the floor creating a potential slip hazard for powered industrial trucks and personnel. United States Cold Storage, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079231, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1102 North Park Drive, Hazleton, PA 18202.
